PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE
Antti specializes in corporate and commercial law and litigation and arbitration. His dispute resolution practice has an emphasis on disputes related to corporate law, M&A transactions, contract law and litigation involving complex technological issues. Additionally, Antti advises a number of public and private companies on various corporate transactions and issues concerning corporate governance, regulatory matters, dispute avoidance and risk management. Before joining Lindfors & Co in 2008 as one of the founding partners Antti worked at one of the largest law firms in Finland and as a general counsel of an IT, training and consulting company listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange.
