We are happy to share that the Finnish Bar Association has appointed our Partner Teemu Taxell as the chair of the association’s expert team on civil procedure.
The role of the expert teams is to act as groups of legal expertise in the Finnish Bar Association. The tasks of the expert teams include, among other things, participating in the legal policy work of the Finnish Bar Association in their own areas of responsibility, for example by preparing statements and participating in hearings in legislative projects.

We are pleased to announce that Teemu Taxell has rejoined Lindfors & Co as partner as of 1 March 2023. For the last five years, Teemu was the co-head of dispute resolution at another top law firm in Helsinki. He worked at Lindfors & Co in 2011–2018, as a partner from 2013 onwards.
Teemu has broad experience in commercial litigation and arbitration. In addition to handling a vast number of cases before the Finnish state courts, he has represented clients in numerous domestic and international arbitrations. Teemu will assist our clients in all phases of disputes and conflicts.
