Mrs. Petra Kiurunen is specialized in domestic and international commercial arbitration and litigation. Petra has years of experience in advising clients in business disputes relating to e.g. construction and engineering, distributorship and service contracts, investment disputes, telecommunications, and IPR rights. She regularly represents Finnish and foreign companies in international arbitrations conducted under the Finnish Arbitration Act and the Arbitration Rules of the Central Chamber of Commerce of Finland, as well as under the rules of major international arbitration institutes such as the ICC and the SCC. Mrs. Kiurunen is also a member of the Board of Arbitration Institute of the Finland Chamber of Commerce.
