Mr. Antti Summa specializes in international and domestic litigation and arbitration. His practice covers all areas of dispute resolution, with an emphasis on corporate law, M&A transactions, contract law and litigation involving complex technological issues. Antti also advises a number of public and private companies on various issues concerning corporate governance, regulatory matters, dispute avoidance and strategic risk management. Before joining Lindfors & Co in 2008 as one of the founding partners Antti worked at one of the largest law firms in Finland and as a general counsel of an IT, training and consulting company listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange.
